Lemon-Coconut Bread

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
For lemon icing:
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease one 9×5-inch loaf.

Bake in preheated oven for 70-80 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
