Turkey-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
6 mediums Green bell peppers
1 pound Ground turkey
1 cup Cooked rice
2 tablespoons Onion, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Low-sodium tomato sauce, 8 oz
cup ,water
1 ounce Skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Sprinkle cheese over each pepper. Recover and return to microwave. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
