Egg Champignons

Ingredients
24 lrgs fresh mushrooms - (abt 1 ½" dia)
6 hard-cooked eggs finely chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese - (1 oz)
2 tablespoons finely-chopped green onion with top
2 tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley (or 1/2 tbsp dried parsley flakes)
Paprika (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Remove stems from mushrooms and discard or set aside for another use. Set mushroom caps aside.
