Mexican Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Kidney beans, pre-soaked & boiled
1 cup Chickpeas, pre-soaked & boiled
1 cup Frozen corn
1 large Red pepper, finely chopped
1 large Yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 large Onion, chopped
1 large Tomato, chopped
Few jalapeƱos for garnishing
For dressing:
3 teaspoons Freshly crushed cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Freshly crushed black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Freshly crushed red chilly flakes
2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
3 teaspoons Lime juice
2 teaspoons Olive oil
Salt, to taste
