Egg Roll

Ingredients

20 pieces egg roll wrapper
1/2 pound ground sausage
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
Any other vegetable you like, sliced

Preparation

Fry sausage until golden brown; put sliced vegetables in pan; mix with sausage.

Add small amount of water. Boil and reduce heat. Simmer until cabbage is well done;

Pour beaten eggs into pan. Add salt and other seasonings you like before removing from pan and add cornstarch. Mix and cook until it thickens.

Let cool enough to wrap in the egg roll wrappers. Turn wrapper end corner toward you then fold; put small amount of cornstarch mixture in center
