Seriously Awesome Crepes

Preparation

Sift the flour and salt.

Make a well in the center and break the eggs into the well.

Whisk the eggs and flour together.

Add the liquid to the flour a little at time whisking as you go to make a smooth batter.

Add the batter to the pan, you will need about 2 tbsp for each crepe.

Tilt the pan to spread the batter.

Cook the crepe for about one minute.

Use a spatula to loosen and then flip it over and cook for about 30 seconds more.

Your photo of the food is awful, the crepes are supposed to be light, your crepes are burnt.
