Broiled Blue Cheese Salad

blue cheese
greens
balsamic vinaigrette

Preparation

Halve peach, remove pit and fill center with blue cheese; place on a baking sheet and broil 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the peaches begin to brown. Place on a bed of greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle with walnuts.
