Broccoli Bean Sprout Salad with Chow Mein Noodles
Ingredients
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds (I used hemp seeds)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 large stalk broccoli chopped
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions chopped
2 cups chow mein noodles
Dressing:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 Clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake well. I usually keep this in the fridge until ready to dress salad.

Toss together all salad ingredients, coat well with dressing and ENJOY!
