Sukiyaki Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups Canned or homemade beef stoc
1 cup Japanese soy sauce
cup Granulated sugar
cup Japanese rice wine (sake)

Preparation

Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat just to dissolve sugar.
