Apricot Balsamic Sauce
Ingredients
12 ounces apricot preserves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Serve over poultry.
