Baked Salty Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Chicken wings (together or separate)
2tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp (or 3 cloves) minced garlic
2-3 green onions, chopped
sesame seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250 and bake for 30 minutes, then turn up the heat to 425 and bake for another 45

Wash and pat dry chicken legs with a paper towel

Mix baking powder with salt and dust over chicken wings sparingly

Lay wings out in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking sheet, spray with olive oil (optional)

Bake for 30 minutes on the bottom oven rack

After 30 minutes move to the top rack and turn the heat up to 425, bake for 45 minutes

Remove from oven and dip into the sauce, as many times as desired, then enjoy!
