Turkey Sliders With Fresh Herbs

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh minced
1 tablespoon sage, fresh minced
1 tablespoon thyme, fresh minced
2 tablespoons chives, fresh finely chopped
2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a bowl and score into six sections.

Preheat a non-stick stove top grill over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

Mold sections into patties. They will be soft.

Place on grill and cook 4 – 5 minutes per side until patties are done.

Place on top of your favorite roll.
