Granary Flour Bread

Ingredients

1 pound granary flour substitute
6 ounces bread flour
2 teaspoons salt
400 ml water
1 ounce butter
1 tablespoon dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon malt extract

Preparation

* Mix 1 lb whole wheat flour, 6 oz bread flour and 6 oz cracked wheat

If you get real granary flour reduce the salt to 1.5 tsp.

NOTES : Granary Flour is a whole-wheat flour with added malt wheat flakes. AFAIK, it is only produced in England.
