Grilled Ahi With Tropical Salsa

Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
ground pepper, to taste
2 ahi filets

Preparation

Combine pineapple, onion, bell pepper, basil, lime juice and peel, and 2 tbs macadamia nut oil; chill.

Sprinkle ahi fillets with remaining macadamia nut oil and black pepper. Grill or broil for 5 minutes on each side or until fish reaches desired doneness.
