1 1/2 cups asparagus, cut
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup fat-free zesty italian dressing or to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
