These surprise pumpkin cupcakes from Not Your Momma's Cookie is a fabulous fall dessert. Traditional autumn icons like acorns, pumpkins, and maple leaves are hidden within in a cupcake. Although this recipe may look difficult, it's actually very easy. It utilizes boxed cake mix, food coloring, and miniature cookie cutters.
