About
Cabernet Sauvignon is a popular type of red wine grape used to make wine bearing the same name. The grapes or berries which are grown in California and the Bordeaux region of France, are small with a thick black skin that makes them quite resilient to disease and harsh conditions.
Cabernet Sauvignon wine possesses a distinct black currant aroma which can develop into bouquet nuances of leather, violets and cedar as it ages.
