Crostini With Mushroom, Ricotta and Mascarpone Cheeses
Ingredients
For crostini:
1 clove of garlic, peeled
For cheese topping:
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon salt
For mushrooms:
10 cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove large of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
