Make the milk boil with lemon peel or vanille and when it reaches the heat,turn the fire off and let it warm.

Mix the flour to sugar and yolks, mix well and if necessary, add a little of cold milk.

Then, drop the mixture into the warm milk. before dropping tha kixture, keep the lemon peel off!

Put again on the fire and let it cook, without boiling. The custard is ready when drawing with a spoon on the surface, you draw like a 'sign', bacause the mixture is soft but not liquid anymore!
