Toreados Con Jalapeno

Ingredients

Jalapeno Peppers
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
3 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

Wash Jalapeno peppers and remove stems. Slice them length wise and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet, lightly sprinkle garlic powder and seasoning salt over the heating oil.

Place the peppers in the pan with the insides facing up and cover the pan

Let them cook for approximately 12 minutes or until brown & turn them over

Cover the pan and let the other side cook for approx 5 to 8 more minutes or until brown.

Remove and cool on paper towel
