Avocado Mayo
1 cup pine nuts
1 large avacado
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Himalyan or sea salt
5 medium pitted dates
1/2 clove of garlic
Directions: Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until creamy. That's it, now you have a versatile spread or dip.
