Steamed Rice Cake - Fatt Kou

Ingredients

180 grams Sugar
200 grams cake flour
50 grams rice flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
food colouring

Preparation

Boil sugar in water until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Sift cake flour, rice flour and baking powder together. Combine with sugar syrup. Mix well to combine.

Add colouring.

Portion into paper cups. Steam over high heat for 20mins.
