Chicken Fajitas With Blasamic Marinade

Ingredients

What you will need:
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of parsley
Dash of salt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Dash of pepper
medium bowl
Spoon
1 green bell pepper sliced Juliane style
1 red pepper sliced Juliane style
1 large onion,sliced Juliane style
3 cloves of garlic crushed

Preparation

How did I make it:

Cook the chicken tell the chicken has no more pink in the middle.

In a large sauce pan saute the bell peppers,and onions in 2 table spoons of hot oil.

When the chicken is cooked slice it up into cubes and put it in with the bell peppers and grilled onions.

In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar,4 tablespoons of olive oil,1 tablespoon of oregano,3 cloves of garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the sauce mix together,when the sauce is mixed pour the the sauce mix on the saute bell peppers and onions and the chicken.

Stir well season the fajitas with salt and pepper.

Serve the fajitas in a flour tortilla layer the tortilla with the bell peppers and onions and the chicken mix.

Serve and enjoy.

My expierence with the fajitas turned out to be great we added a little more balsamic to the marinade and poured it ontop of the vegetables after we turned it off of the heat. In another pan we buttered both sides of the tortilla and cooked it on low heat. We layered the bell pepper,onion,and chicken mixture on the tortilla in the pan. And topped it with alot of shredded cheese and beans. Then we took another tortilla and buttered both sides of it and put it ontop of the fajita filling. Then when the first side was brown we carefully flipped it over with a spatula and cooked the other side on low heat and cooked the other side until the cheese has melted. Then when the fajitas were done I put it on a large play and cut in into
