Goat Cheese, Fig And Proscuitto Crostini

Ingredients
11 ounces or 2 4 oz logs of Chavrie Fresh Goat Cheese
15 biscuit type crackers
2 ounces shaved prosciutto
1 ounce white peppercorns cracked
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread ½ tsp. of fig jam on each cracker.

Place a small piece of prosciutto on each cracker.

Slice the goat cheese.

Place 1 slice of the goat cheese on each prepared cracker.

Arrange on sheet trays.
