Banana Butter Pie

Ingredients
For the crust:
200 grams Marie Biscuits, ground
inch Combine the marine biscuits and melted butter a large bowl and inch Press into a 23cm (lined and greased) pie tray and put refrigerator for later use
Banana Butter Pie
60 grams Butter
35 grams Sugar
5 Banana - slice to about 3mm thick
1 teaspoon Rum
Cake filling:
1 Egg
3/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Banana essence (optional)
40 grams Sugar
15 grams All purpose flour
Method:
inch Lastly use spatula to fold the melted butter and lemon juice and Pour half of the cake filling into pie tray, then arrange sliced banana over it
Bake at 160C for about 40-45 mins.
inch Put banana butter pie fridge for at least one hour before serve
