Qeema With Shimla Mirch

Ingredients

1 kilogram Minced Meat (Beef/Lamb)
2 Onion chopped
1 Garlic crushed medium size
2 teaspoons Ginger crushed
1 cup Oil
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli cutter
1/2 teaspoon Haldi
2 teaspoons Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Preparation

Fry onion in oil till golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, minced meat and spices and cook on medium heat till meat is tender. Add water if needed.

Now add Simla Mirch and cook on low heat for 10 mintes. Sprinkle Fresh coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.

Delicious Qeema with Siml;a Mirch is ready.

Serve with Paratha/Naan
