Home Brewed Ginger Tea

Ingredients

100 grams Fresh ginger, thinnly sliced

Preparation

Combine ingredients in medium saucepan, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered about 15mins or until liquid has reduced by a third.

Cool 5 mins and strain. (for those who are unaccustomed to the spiciness of ginger, a tsp of honey can be added to sweeten)
