Blue Cheese Stuffed Peppadew Peppers

This is an easy and delicious appetizer. The sharpness of the blue cheese pairs beautifully with the sweet and spiciness of the peppers. Peppadews can be found in most grocery store olive bars if they are not in a jar in the "pickle" section. If you don't want your guests picking up the peppadews with their fingertips, use large picks for easy grabbing.
