SALT AND RED CHILLY POWDER TO SPRINKLE
4 tablespoons ROASTED PEANUTS COARSELY GROUND
GRIND TO A PASTE:
1/2 CUCUMBER PEELED N CUT,
2 TOMATOES CUT,
1 ONION CUT,
1/2 CAPSICUM CUT,
2 GREEN CHILLY CUT,
A PIECE GINGER CUT,
FEW CLOVES OF GARLIC,
1 teaspoon SUGAR,
1 teaspoon VINEGAR,
1 teaspoon RED CHILLY POWDER,
1/4 teaspoon TURMERIC POWDER,
1/4 teaspoon CUMIN SEEDS,
1/4 teaspoon GARAM MASALA
SALT TO TASTE
