Jan's Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared, coarse-grained mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons sweet or dill pickle relish, depending on your preference (optional)
