Easy Moroccan Carrot Salad

Ingredients
5 carrots, shredded into matchsticks strips
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, toss well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
