Cheese Cupcake

Ingredients

180 grams Butter
130 grams Sugar
80 grams g Grated Cheddar cheese (I used 90)
1 1/2 tablespoons Full cream milk

Beat butter, sugar and eggs together.

Dump in flour, mix at low speed for a minute.

Add in a grated cheddar cheese and milk and mix for 30 second.

Use a rubber spatula mix well and scoop batter into cupcake cases.

Bake at 170C for 25 mins.

Cool on wire rack.
