Haitian Sauce Ti-Malice

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Finely chopped fresh hot pepper (Habanero or Scotch Bonnet)
1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Mix onions and shallots with lime juice and allow to stand for about 1 hour.

Pour into a small saucepan, add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.

Stir, remove from heat, and allow to cool.

Serve cold with Haitian Accras or meats such as Griots, etc..
