Baked Steak Tips With Mushrooms and Vegetables
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb.s steak tips, cubed
5 med. red potatoes, cubed
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 lg. green peppers, cubed
3/4 c. chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
3 tbsp.s vegetable oil
3 tbsp.s soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In centers of 2 lg. pieces of aluminum foil place meat, vegetables and mushrooms. Mix oil and seasonings in a bowl and pour over meat and vegetables. Fold foil so liquids will not spill out. Cook over gas grill on medium - high 35 to 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
