Finger Lickin Ribs

Ingredients
6 pounds Lean ribs, (6 to 8)
3 Pods garlic, chopped
Several bay leaves
1 Lemon, juice of
1 can Tomato paste
1 cup Vinegar
3 Onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Black pepper
2 tablespoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard

2. Prepare sauce by Sauteeing onions and celery in vegetable oil until tender and golden.

3. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, tomato paste, vinegar and sugar.

4. Marinate ribs on both sides in sauce.
