Frozen Banana Dessert

Preparation

Peel and freeze very ripe bananas. When frozen, remove bananas and let sit about 10 minutes.

Put bananas into food processor. Add some Dutch Cocoa (to taste).

Process till smooth.

Eat as soft serve, or re-freeze for more solid serve.

NOTES : This probably isn't want you want (it doesn't require an ice cream maker), but it's good for a last minute banana "ice cream".....or for those times you have overly-ripe bananas and don't feel like making banana bread.
