Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

Ingredients
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup White wine
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Shallot, minced
1 Bay leaf
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Makes 1 1/2 cups This is a greatmarinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.
