Pears with Chocolate Orange Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Heavy cream
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate morsels
2 teaspoons Grated orange peel * see note
29 ounces Bartlett pears, cored and sliced

* Note: For a smoother sauce, substitute 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liquer for the grated orange peel.

Microcook cream in microwave-safe container at High (100%%) 45 seconds. Add chocolate morsels and orange peel and stir until smooth. Arrange pears and ice cream in serving dishes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
