Italian Cutlets

Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
3 slc Mozzarella cheese, halved
1 package pkt Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix (1 ⅝ oz), prep
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine meat, salt, pepper, and parsley. Shape into 6 cutlets. Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in crumbs. Sautee cutlets in oil until brown and place in a baking dish. Put Mozzarella slices on each cutlet, cover with sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
