1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pch salt
cup water
1 pound ricotta
cup cooked rice
6 eggs
1 pch salt
cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To prepare Filling: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, cooked rice, eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract.
