Italian Beef Stew

Ingredients

1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
2 pounds Beef Stew Meat, cubed
4 mediums Carrots
1 cup Water
4 mediums Potatoes
2 mediums Onions
Oil, for cooking

Preparation

Brown meat in oil. Add sauce and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut into quarters.

Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.

Add water and vegetables to stew. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes more.
