Xocai Healthy Chocolate Trail Mix
Ingredients
6 oz slivered almond
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds ((shelled))
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut ((sweetened))
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricot
1/2 cup dark chocolate, ("Xocai Healthy Chocolate XoBiotic Squares" (chopped))
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a foil-lined baking sheet, combine almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and coconut. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until coconut is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Combine toasted coconut mixture with dried cranberries, apricots, and "Xocai XoBiotic Squares." Serves 8
