Cincinnati-Style Chili with "Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate"

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef ((Note: can be made with ground turkey breast, if desired))
1/4 cup chili powder
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 whole bay leaf
1 can beef broth (small can)
14 1/2 ozs can of crushed tomatoes
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
8 "Xocai Healthy Chocolate X Power Square," chopped
8 ozs spaghetti (cooked and drained)

Preparation

Heat oil in 10" skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery and saute until tender. Add crumbled beef, stirring until no longer pink. Add spiced, broth, tomatoes, and wine vinegar. Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat. Find and remove bay leaf. Stir in chopped "X Power Squares." Serve over hot spaghetti with your choice of toppings: shredded cheese, chopped green onion, chopped tomato, hot peppers.
