Ingredients

1 12 cups cottage cheese (small curd)
14 cup vanilla yogurt
1 slice orange (peeled and diced)
1 dash orange zest
2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai Omega Squares)
2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai XoBiotic Squares)

Preparation

Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese. Measure and add cottage cheese and yogurt into bowl. Add orange pieces and zest to bowl with cottage cheese mixture. Grate Omega and XoBiotic Squares. Add all ingredients into bowl and mix. Serve with graham crackers. Optional variations can include adding flake coconut and/or crushes pineapple. Serves 6
