Fizzy Strawberry Jellies
Ingredients
500g TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
2 packets strawberry jelly
1 litre low sugar lemonade
400g English strawberries
A handful of fresh chopped mint
Preparation

Start by removing the green leaf and stalk from the strawberries. Then cut them into half and dividing equally between eight tumblers.

Make up jelly as per manufacturer’s guidelines, only replacing cold water with an equal quantity of the lemonade.

Let the jelly set in fridge for 4 – 6 hrs.

When the jelly is set, spoon a dollop of TOTAL Greek Yoghurt on to the top of each glass and sprinkle over some chopped mint.
