Five Ingredient Paleo Plantain Bread
Ingredients
2 yellow plantains, peeled
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180c.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the ingredients into a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.

Remove and allow to cool before serving.
