3/4 cup wheat flour
3-4 tsp oil
1 cup water
salt to taste
ghee
3 boiled potatoes
2-3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp pounded ginger and garlic

1. To make the dough, mix together flour, salt, oil, water and knead.

2. For the mixture, mix boiled and mashed potatoes with chillies, salt, coriander, ginger and garlic.

3. To make the paratha, make a dough ball, roll it and stuff it with the potato filling.

4. Seal it and roll again. Cook it on a pan and serve.
