About
Avocado Oil is made from pressing the pulp of the avocado which surrounds the pit. This healthy oil is green in color and high in monosaturated fats and vitamin E. The light buttery, nutty flavor lends good flavor to food.
Avocado Oil has a high flash point and can be used as a substitute for Olive Oil for cooking and in certain recipes.
