Dutch born photographer, New Zealand resident, but currently living in Asia.
In September we (my wife Dorothy Culloty & I) published "Food from Northern Laos. Dorothy observed the dishs being prepared at "The Boatlanding Guesthouse and Restaurant" and a number of private houses in various ethnic villages in Luang Namtha province, Laos. She then wrote the recipes based on her observations, and back home cooked each dish herself in order to verify that it was correct. I did the photography.
