Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients
4 cups boiled rice
1/2 cup of green beans ,finely chopped
1/2 cup of carrots , finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic , grated
1/2 cup spring onion , chopped
2 chopped green chillies
Seasoning
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black/white peppercorn powder
1/4 teaspoon ajino motto
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon red chilly sauce
4 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation

Heat oil in a wok , add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add green beans and cook for at least 3 minutes. Add carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add spring onions and green chillies , sauté for 1 minute. Add the seasoning.

Add boiled rice , soy sauce , Chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
